Order Cancellation: As our products are delivered digitally, once an order has been processed and the product is made available for download, cancellations are not possible.

In rare cases where the product has not yet been delivered or accessed, you may contact us at contact@grodals.com to request a cancellation. However, we cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be processed if the product has already been delivered.
